This auction will not only help with resources for keeping this club alive and growing, it will also give newcomers a chance to get some good birds. One of our expenses is the cost of running this site with domain name registration as well as hosting. Following are these expenses:

These hosting fees will enable us to have a 100% clean, respectable site.

Here are the conditions of buying and selling on this auction:
| 1.) All birds/items are donated by the breeder and all proceeds go to the NPRA. When an auction is over, high bidder will send a check, money order, or PayPal payment in the amount of the bid price to the NPRA Secretary/Treasurer. Box & shipping arrangements will be made between the buyer and seller and shipping expenses will be sent to the seller. We ask that sellers not ship birds until the NPRA has received payment for them. |
| 2.) All bidding will be made through the Slobberknocker Auction site. http://www.slobberknockerlofts.com/auction/cgi-bin/auction/auction.pl . If you bid and, for any reason, cannot fulfill your agreement at auction close, please contact us and the seller immediately. In these cases, the birds/items be re-listed at the request of the person who donated the item. Buyers or sellers who do not follow through with the transaction unexcused will not be allowed to buy/sell on this auction. Your bidding or selling is an agreement to these conditions and will be considered a legally binding contract. Payment for auction items MUST be received within 14 days of the date of auction close, no exceptions. |
| 3.) Birds/items will be posted with descriptions provided by the seller and sold as-is. Pictures will be posted when available. As with any auction, buyer beware. If you have any questions at all, please contact the seller directly. The NPRA does not make any guarantees, explicit or implied, as to the quality, condition, etc. of any birds or items listed. No refunds will be given for birds/items purchased through this auction. Again, ask questions if you have any!! To contact seller, click on their name to send them an email. |
| 4.) The NPRA reserves the right to establish the starting bid. You can bid the starting price, but all bids after that must be in increments of $1.00. Proxy bids will be accepted but bidders must tell us what the maximum amount of their proxy will be. You can bid as much as you want as long as it is at least the bid increment of $1.00 over the current bid price. |
| 5.) Sellers who donate items for this auction will not be allowed to bid on their own items in order to bump the price. Bids placed by the seller will not be considered as a legitimate bid. |
